Macaulay Child Development Centre - Consultation Services

Consultation Services assist child care centres, home child care agencies and family resource programs to successfully address the needs of children and their families, including those with special needs.

Services include early identification, parent workshops, hands-on consultation and problem-solving, staff education, information and referral, and specially-designed resource materials.

Family Resource Program

Speech and Language Service provides a range of interventions for pre-school children attending child care programs. A professional speech and language pathologist provides consultation for training parents and staff, screening and assessment, group and individual therapy.

This program is part of the Toronto Pre-School Speech and Language Initiative (West Quadrant)
